I booked a hotel for my daughter and myself in Orlando, the Ramada, in 10/06 for Dec. 28-30-2006. My credit card was charged, and then about 2 weeks before the trip, I was called and told that wasn't available and we were moved to a Howard Johnson's. I wasn't happy with it, and when the time came, less happy. the hotel was terrible. The bathroom was sad; the toilet seat falling off, dingy and the lights didn't work properly and the TV didn't until we called and had to have the remote changed. I really resent being the victim of this bait and swithch and see I'm not alone.
