I was making a reservation with HOTELS CORP. I was charged as they said a discount price for a very good deal that turned out to be a nightmare. I was single, had the income they were looking for and as they said I qualified for the deal.
It was just me and my kid. We were placed in Quality Inn &Suites East Gate hotel that was dirty, smelly and most disgusting place I have ever seen. When we came for the tour we were told at the begining we didn't qualify as we were placed not in the proper hotel, then they said I didn't qualify as I was married (cos I was with my kid).
Later they explained that they pay marketing companies for every customer who makes reservaton and it is not their fault we were placed in that hotel.
To sum it up, I was charged additionaly from my DEBIT CARD for not being qualified for the tour and the total came up to be for the four star hotel. My initial reservation was from debit card and when I came for the tour I provided credit card as they ask. But the unauthorized charge was from my debit card. Waisted so much time and money with them. It is a rip off. Please stay away and dont make same mistake.
