Complaint Review: HotelsPlusPortal

Never deal with this comapany hotelplusportal http://www.hotelplusportal.com/ DONT DO IT!!! My wife calls and sets up reservations through this scam company. (1 person with 3 names working there). A final price was given and we were expecting to get a conformation email, that never came!!!. when we call to verify reservation, they now are not seeing anything like that and advised that we contact the resort directly because they are just a 3rd party. The resort obviously had no information about this reservation and sent us back to HPP (virus). 3 hrs spent with them giving me the run around mind you they have already charged my card over $100 more than origianlly qouted. I ended up having to cancel my card, file a report with BBB and have my bank refund the money. This company has a staff full of thieves and liars. They operate in the shadows of a cheery voice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I am dedicated to putting them on blast thru my social media networks. little scam companies like HPP will have few places to hide scamming when I am finished follow: @k_e_v_o_n
