The following business must be shut down. My mother ordered a jacket from this website for my son. There was a mistake made by the local post office. Before we knew that, she e-mailed the contact at the place of business and asked where the package was.

He was extremely rude. He immediately jumped down her throat and said he didn't appreciate her tone. She e-mailed me and asked that I please explain to this gentleman that she was only trying to find out what happened, and could I please tell him, my address IS valid. So, I did in fact do this.

Bottom line is, he was very unresponsive, and extremely rude, and he ended up calling my mother at her home, and lets just say called her everything but a white woman, profantiy was used, and we are looking at filing charges for harassment. This type of behavior is unacceptable.
