Complaint Review: Hotmoviesale - hotmoviesale.com

I purchased 2 DVD from Hotmoivesale.com for $18.25 , paid by Credit.
However they did not have those DVDs in stock so i called and canceled my order..My credit was charged $19.95 and they never get return that money. Today, I called them to ask for money back , they would not give back . they said that 19.95 was for the membership to get in the site???

When i bought 2 DVDs through all the check out process, there were nothing telling me that a need or if i want the membership, or anything that would cost me $19.95/mo. I just wanted to buy that one time 2 DVDs nothing else. Now the order have been canceled and i ended up lost $19.95 ( If i did not try to get the refun for my order, i would lost $19.95 every month for which i would never want and never been in my consent)

I am writing this report because I want to warn anyone who try to buy thing from this Hotmoviesale.com should becareful, they would cheat you , automatic put you in that membership a rip you off 19.95 everymonth until you find out and cancel it.
