When you do the online ordering of a film, you have to become a member. However, nowere do they inform you that you have to PAY extra for your membership.
Insted of paying #3.82 as they said on the order list, they took:
$1.00 the first day, (explained later this is a "processing fee" ???)
$3.82 the second day, (the price I should pay)
$9.95 the third day, (The "membership" that I was NOT informed would cost anything).
