Complaint Review: Hotstimulate

I oredered a beautiful tent for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday and paid more than I can afford. I got confirmation it had been shipped, but it never arrived and I cannot get a response from them. Swainsboro GA

Hotstimulate I ordered a beautiful pink indoor tent for my granddaughter's bedroom. I ordered it in April to make sure it was here by her birthday which is June 27, 2019.

I didn't know if it came from overseas or not (sometimes they take longer). I quickly got a 'your order has been shipped and I checked my bank account to see that it had been paid, which it had.When it hadn't arrived by t he first of June (it had a track your order place to click (which didn't work) so I asked them to please track the package and let me know how close it was.

I never got a response. Here it is 6 days before her birthday and I have no way to buy her another great gift. I am heartbroken and angry. Please help me.
