Bill Johnson contacted our company about providing a report to his subscriber base about the potential of our company which is publicly listed.

He explained to us there was a fee for his 'analyst' to write the report of $7,500.00
We visited his website and saw a number of reputable companies has previously been profiled.
We weren't really interested but after about 2 months of high pressure sales calls sometimes 2-3 times a day we decided to give Bill Johnson and his associate Tammy Baines a try.
After the money was sent we called to confirm the wire was sent. He did not answer.
We tried relentlessly to get ahold of him. We never head of him again.
Within the past two weeks another company who had been contacted by Billy who remembered us talking about him called us and asked how things went. We confirmed to them it was a scam.
As it seams he is now again going after 'clients', more like targets we felt it pertinent to create this report.
STAY AWAY! THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT SCAM AND FRAUD.
