The hotwebsearch browser has hijacked my computer. The program automatically and repeatedly changes my homepage settings. I have attempted to use adware and spyware programs to rid my computer of this pest but without any luck.

Furthermore, the web page has no way of contacting anyone to complain about the problem. I have read numerous complaints from others that have the same problem. This is extremely irritating.

The Truth, shut your computer down NOW

#4Consumer Suggestion

Wed, February 18, 2004

Shut your computer down ASAP and call your local computer seller for help! They are not only hikacking your computer, but they are stealing your information! Hacking directly into your life, looking for credit card numbers, personal information and browsing habits. This is what ALYON TECHNOLOGIES is doing. You may have accidentally hit something on one of those annoying pop up ads or got hooked by loging into a particular website. They are forcing you indirectly to dial into their server everytime you boot up. You might be hit with strange credit card charges or find yourself on mailing lists.

If you don't do something NOW it will destroy your credit and your privacy.

Good luck
