hotwire inc hotwire.com they booked wrong dates and will not refund me san francisco California
on feb 25-2014 i booked a room for me and my wife for april 06-2014 one night only.
then booked another room for april16-2014.
Hotwire booked the 2 rooms on the same day (april06-2014)
i did not notice till i reviewed itineray before the trip, I then called and asked hotwire to rebook the 2nd room for the 16th.
they said they could not do that as a month had gone by since i booked. they also would not let me speak to their supervisor.
i paid 83.63 canadiandollars for the second room and now want a refund

Of course it is them who made the mistake. So you are coming here posting a ripoff report where you are in effect claiming that there is absolutly no chance that you entered the wrong dates.
After all you are for some reason trying to book 2 1-Night hotels exactly 10 days apart, both for 1 night and while you didn't say it probably at the same hotel. It then is a month before you notice, I guess Hotwire is at fault for that too.
