Hotwire Inc hotwire did not refund me after my flight got canceled. Vancouver BC Canada Internet

I was on flight United 1736 from Philadelphia to Vancouver through Houston. I had purchased air ticket and hotel from hotwire to stay two nights in Vancouver for business.

My flight got canceled and they put me on a flught on the next day. I called the hotel and told them that I wanted to cancel my reservation for that night but the rude hotel receptionist told me that I had to call Expedia becasue my reservcation was through Expedia!!! and he hung up on me! I was shocked because I had paid HotWire but it seems Hotwire reserves its hotel through Expedia! The whole HOTWIRE is a RIP OFF.... They don't exist. They are just a shell company who does their transaction through other companies like Expedia.

I decided to call HOTWIRE customer service. I called three times, every time I was on hold for more than 45 mins and no body was answering me, it was just a machine telling me I had to wait. Two time there was no response, like all my attempts to talk to a human was going into a black hole! 

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are just a rip off company. Once they got your money they would never respond. What kind of service is it?

Even when I tried to call them and talk to them there was no response!! DO NOT DEAL WITH COMPANY. PAY A BIT MORE AND BUY YOUR HOTEL AND AIT TICKETS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY.

i AM SURE THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS. THEY ARE JUST A RIP OFF COMPANY WHO STEALS PEOPLE MONEY.
