Manager very confrontational. Tried to explain the unreasonable charge for service, all he would say is that I agreed to it. When your home is 89 degrees inside and you have 2 kids and 3 dogs something has to be done. You would agree to anything. I felt since I had been a customer for around 7 years and spent approx. $15,000 with One hour air and Ben Franklin I would get at least a decent price. The charge was $1159.00 for approx. 30 minutes work.

No charge for parts they were covered by warranty. Tech was very professional and was at the house approx an hour an 20 min. I had a service contract that they cancelled in March because of invalid card. The card was invalid because my wife had passed away I was told they tried to contact me but the email and phone # did not work again they were my wife's. They failed to send anything by mail even though I get a post card with a reminder when service is due (Never notified of problem with the credit card). I also use Ben Franklin Plumbing which is a part of their company.

In January I spent over $ 4000 with them and at the time updated email address. Thought they were the same company since they are advertised together "guess not" Even though I didn't have a service agreement at the time with BFP they let me purchase the agreement so I could get the discount. I realize I rambled through this statement but I am very upset with the way companies can price gouge the public when they have a product or service that is a necessity.
