I applied for this company to see if they could help me find a house. They required a $40 fee for the month. So I paid it with my debit card and started there sevices. About a week later I was being evicted from my appartment and me and my family was pretty much homeless staying at a friends house for about a week until I found a place. During this whole ordeal I forgot that I was using there services and today (5/8/2014) I went to my bank to take out my money in order to pay my rent and what was left over was for bus fair for me to take my son to school. It showed in my account that they took $40 out of my account. 

So i called them and asked them to cancel my account and refund my 40 back and the guy told me he can cancel my account but can't refund me my money and said it's a nonrefundable Payment. He said he can't give me my money back just because I forgot that's a problem on my end not on there end.

I feel that's not fair y should I pay for services I'm no longer Goin to use and now I gotta change my card # just in case they try to take another 40 out of me and say something like oh the was a miscommunication on the cancelation or a computer error sorry we can't give you your money back. My warning for everyone don't use there services or any online company like them. My advice is to go  To a real estate agent because at least it's face to face and they won't do you dirty like that.
