House of Brides House of Brides Couture Doesn't Care About You, Just Wants a Sale Chicago Illinois
I visited House of Brides last May and foolishly gave them my contact information. After leaving the store the horror started. Emails, texts, phone calls...over and over again. I asked to be removed from their contact list. Their spamming led me to buy my wedding dress elsewhere, for a much better price (same dress)! They continued robo-calling. Never a real person. I called and complained and asked to be removed a number of times and the calls keep coming. I'm so sick of them blowing up my phone, it needs to stop! I've done everything possible to get the message to them that I'm not interested, nor will I ever be!
My advice to brides? The dresses may be pretty, but it's certainly not worth the headache. I'll probably be good an married and they'll still be calling...
