Isn't getting married supposed to be a happy time? House of Brides are the most uncaring, horrible, deceitful people I have ever come in contact with. My story is like so many others, we ordered our dresses exactly the way we wanted them, I even went as far as to give them a spreadsheet of what each girl's dress should like because we ordered nine dresses.

My mom and I drove TWO hours into Chicago to pick them up because they were supposedly in. NOONE checked the order because three of the dresses were completely wrong. The manager, Chris, is a complete YOU KNOW WHAT! She is EVIL! They laugh at you and do not even care. They ignored me when I told them the dresses were wrong.

To make it even worse, my mom drove up there again TODAY, TWO HOURS AWAY, and one of the dresses is still wrong. Chris, AGAIN, was a TOTAL AND COMPLETE B**! My mom, the nicest person in the world, was completely appalled. She is still waiting there as I type for them to make the dress right. She is not leaving without her dress. The lady fixing it in alterations was not even told what to do with the dress by Chris. CHRIS SHOULD BE FIRED! I am going to make sure that NOONE I know ever goes there and I am going to post on every WEDDING website I can including
