Complaint Review: House Of Imports

Husband and I went to pick-up auto after agreeing on price with sales rep Joe. Price was based on carsdirect.com quote. Was told by Joe that House of Imports always matches internet pricing.

Was placed in office for half an hour. Did not know at time that Joe was waiting on his sales manager.

Typical dealer good cop/bad cop. Manager stated there was a miscommunication and could not sell for that price. Said he was entitled to $250 over invoice. We got up and left immediately.

We thought that we would give dealerships one more try. Were we wrong. Bait and switch is alive and well at the House of Imports.
