On May 2th  2014 I had been furnished with a quotation to service my MBZ over the phone; however when I took it in person was given a written work order which was way much higher.  I had objected then he revised to conform to an intial quotation.

On July 10th 2015 made an another appointment for 10000 miles service; however the same scenario was played out and his excuse was there was oil leaking. Since my car had only 20051 miles on the odometer so how can have issues and inconsistencies in his statements.

LOST MY BUSINESS SO WARN OTHERS.
