This company, and I use the term VERY loosely, what a disgrace they are to their own name. These "customer Service Reps" as they call them are ignorant, agressive, misreable, abusive, little people.
I was searching and searching and searching on-line to make a payment of some sort to and account I have on a vehicle with this Co. and behold, they take no payments on-lin. They would lose their 10$ transaction fee for the check over the phone. I call the (800) number and am transfered to customer service, and then directly to collections. My account WAS NOT in collections. ALL payments had been made on time.
Now, in collections I was given a disertation on why there was not on-line payment option. 10 minutes later after this guy has given me the run around, I am asked to make a payment that isn't even due yet. I ask for a duplicate bill to be sent out so I could mail in payment the agent tells me he will request it to be sent, although "he has never done this before and has "No Idea What He is sending me" I ask to talk to supervisor.
This woman gets on the phone like a b***h in heat and comes at me with guns blazing for a payment that isn't (NOT) DUE people!
I tell her to note my complaint with previous agent she notes it, asks for payment AGAIN, I tell her this is unbelievable
SHE hangs UP on ME!
These people are out of line and need to be stopped with their abusive behavior, superior attitudes and self righteous personalities.
What do I do to get these people looked at for their treatment of people???
