I am tired of the mess this company has been putting us in. Household calls us to collect payment when payments were made. They say we never made a payment and will argue until you tell them your checking account statements can verify payment.

We requested a due date change and they said that they only change it once and it is only good for one payment due date change. Not good for a monthly change.

Everytime I ask to speak to a manager I never get to speak to one. When I was finally able to speak to one she made me feel like a bad person because I can't afford to make a payment to put us a month ahead.

They don't work with you. They made so much money off of us by collecting their late payments. They post it late and say we owe.
They try really hard to get you set up for auto pay, thank goodness I didn't fall for that one.
