Household Automotive Finance ripoff Paid by Phone and rec'd Confirmation, Claim I did not pay, reporting to credit, want another payment by phone San Diego California
I may a payment by phone on 12/20. They called today 1/9 and claim I did not. I have a confirmation number they claim is not valid. Pressuring me to make another pay by phone or western union or they will report on my credit. But, not my fault they did not process the check!
