Household Automotive rip-off screwed & won't work with us to lower the payments San Diego California
Household Automotive basically screwed us on a car loan. The payoff is around $12,000 on a car that is only worth $5000. The interest is at 19% which in today's economy is absolutely outrageous. They won't help to lower the payments. They just extend the life of the loan.
When we make scheduled payments, if it isn't what they say is owed they won't apply the payment until they get the full amount.
One time we used our checking account to make a payment and told them that we were only doing this once. The next month they automatically took out the payment without our knowledge or authorization and almost caused us to bounce our rent check.
They are totally different then other financial corporations. Their statement looks like a credit card statement where they tack on finance charges and late fees each month.
This company needs to be shut down for unlawful business operations.
