I have tried for weeks to find out who to contact about my overdue account only to keep getting "customer service" representatives that barely speak English, much less want to discuss the errors on my account. They only know how to say" how would you like to pay for this today?"or "When can you pay the balance?" It is because of the outsourcing of American jobs such as theirs that my family became financially stressed to begin with. I got people in India and Malaysia and the Phillipines. Sometimes, they refused to tell me which country they were in "for security reasons" (Yeah, right!--Like I'm going to run out, buy a plane ticket to that country, hunt them down and do harm for a lousy credit card account!)
