Household Bank ripoff charges late fees when you pay 2-3 days before due date online, ups interest fees immediately Salinas California
The first problem I had is when you buy on an interest free plan. Mine was for 6 months, I paid in full 3 weeks early and they still charged me the interest. It took 3 months to get them to take it off.
I stopped using the card for quite awhile, when I did I paid online, they request you to pay online two-three days before the bill date which I do, but if its two days it should have been three and if its three days I should have paid four days early. I have gotten a late fee almost everytime.
They raised my interest to 19.99% and the worst thing is all my other creditors followed suit and raised my interest fees. I now have gone from an excellent credit report to the pits, even with companies I've never had a problem with in 15years. I will be dead before its all paid off! I hope there's an Erin Brockovich out there willing to help get the millions back they must owe people!
