HOUSEHOLD CENTRALIZED SERVICE Suppose To Fix TV gave to them for 2 weeks AND IS ACTING WORST NOW TOLEDO, Ohio

We bought a brand new 50" Plasma TV from Hitachi, we haven't even owned it a year yet and it needs to go back to shop. And who do you suppose is the closes within 40 + miles? HOUSEHOLD CENTRALIZED SERVICE!!! They took our TV because it takes a good 10-20 seconds to see a picture after the power button is hit. So, we contact Household and let them know (only authorized shop around here) they send a tech. out a few days later. Looks at the TV and says i don't know why it's doing that, I'll research to find average time it takes to turn on! OK good please do.

A few days go by we don't hear from them, so we call "Ok call tom. we'll sch. a pick-up." A pick up was sch. for later. Their employees show up and take it, then we call to find out how long they think they'll have to. The lady said "We will be there to get it in a couple hours!" So now we are left thinking, some scam just happened and some strangers walked out with our TV!

After day after day calling trying to figure out when are we getting our TV back, and after being told everyday call tom. We finally get it, 2 weeks later! They return it dusty, fingerprints everywhere, and it takes longer now then ever to turn on. Wow thank god they updated software supposedly! But they never thought to turn it on, to see if it still takes 20 sec. to see picture!
