Having financial difficulities due to an illness I transferred my creditors to a consumer debt consolution bureau. This works well, but Household Credit Services still calls many many times a day, harassing, placing false information such as "refused to pay" because I will not run to a Western Union or Pay check by phone at that instant! The Credit Service I use has paid them, I was late one payment, and they will call, yell, demand payment and keep stating that I am refusing to make a payment.

I tell them I need to contact my Credit Consulting Agency first. They told me this is a refusal. They are receiving payments, but want more stating that "They have taken me off the program because I was late one payment" Do not use their services. Their service charge are outragous, they harass you, to the point that I am writing the Attorney Generals Office.

I hope they have taped and recorded my conversation with them, the last time was not, but this time an operator stated that they did put down that I refused to pay because I would not do a check by phone or run to a Western Union at 7:00pm in the evening, and without checking with the agency that I have made arrangements with. Beware!
