I too, am finding the same things happened to me. The way they got me with over the limit charges was to charge my annual fee and not notify that they were doing this.

The second time I noticed that they charged me a late fee when they received my payment on the 17th and charged my account late fee on the 21st.

I called and spoke with them and wanted to cancel my account but they were going to charge me for doing that. They would not take late fees off. It was their fault not mine!

I am in good standing will my other creditors so why would I be in bad standing with them? It's their fault, that's why. Each month they keep charging me a late fee.

Eventually, I will catch up and never deal with them again. Someone has to be an example, so now I can inform all my family and friends not to deal with this company.
