Complaint Review: Household Enhancement Svcs.-customer Service Rep: Justin

I am in the process of fighting for a refund(almost 1yr.), from another company that pulled the same fraudulent act as Household Enhancement Svcs.

January 31, 2003: A check was processed for $99. The problem is that the check number was for a check I'd written 1 1/2yrs ago for a different amount. My bank said all they could do was give me a number to call and of course that number was for the customer service dept. of Household Credit Svcs.

I was told by the customer svc. rep. (Justin) that my refund would arrive any day. As a result of this unauthorized deduction, I an NSF.

Because I am medically unable to work fulltime, this fraudulent deduction has caused financial devestation for me-my income is VERY limited!

After fighting for almost a year with the other company, then having to deal with this...stress has taken its toll, both physically and psychologically. I understand why people just give up after a while.
