Household Finance Corporation Will not remove trademark on credit after loan was sold to another lender and paid, Ripoff San Diego California
I had a automotive loan through Household Finance with was neglegent. They sold the account to LHR, Inc. I made an agreement to pay LHR in 2004 to remove all trademarks of the loan from my credit history.
I contacted Household corp to have them remove their trademark and they refuse eventhough I do not have a current agreement with them anymore. They sold my account. Pat Chase and Mark Jenning were two people I spoke with who were extremely rude and unprofessional. They refused to remove any trademarks.
I talked to several lawyers and LHR who all informed me it was illegal for Household not to remove their trademark since I do not have any contract with them anymore. Household is not holding the loan, they sold it to LHR.
