I am seeking help with a problem that I am having with HFC when I appied for this loan everything that transpire there is totally different upon receiving my first billing it has been change to a credit card. The agreement was a loan to be paid off in a certain amount time I agree to have a certain amount the sum of 236.00 a month to taken out thought my Credit Union this amount has not been made yet. The first month $231.00, second month $245.00 for two month the rest of the time it been $244.00 this is another question how do they have control over my account since I sign an agreement for $236.00. I have written to BBB two time each time I receive a reply from HSBC each time a rep. would call about a good deal they have for me concerning my account. I won't go back out there to be rip off again. I have sent a letter to the St. Louis Prosecuting Attorney. I will be sixty five in a month from now. They way they got me lock in I'll be over a hundred year old.

A followup on my report dated 12/8/05 I have received two reply from HSBC 1st letter stated that my credit was bad that why the interest rate as it was. So I wrote two letters one to the Attorney General of Missouri and one to the Prosecuting Attorney office of St. Louis County. I received my second letter I am suppose to contract someone at the Saint Louis office and negotiate a fix rate loan the first meeting was a fix rate loan that wasn't applied a $10,000.00 loan was the amount so far paid toward the loan $1,700.00 my balance is $10,084.53. haven't miss a payment or late with one. I assume that if I go back and negotiate a fix rate the money that has been paid into this what happen to this. If anyone out there has a problem like this please fie a ripoff report so maybe we can get an attorney to file against them and maybe the Sttorney General would be motivated to do something.
