I bought furniture and signed up for credit insurance. When I was placed on umemployment, this credit insurance was worthless, as I had a 18 month same as cash plan. OK, fine. I cancelled the insurance 1-2002. Lo and behold the insurance was billed to be throughout 2002 and now I owe $400 more than I should. Hfs says they cant remove this even though I had called and had it dropped. What a rip-off.
