in march of 2003 I decided to place my account on the EZpay plan. to make it easier for me. 2 requirements to be able to be put on the EZpay plan was you had to be current on your acct, plus there could be no late fees, or any other kind of fees on the acct. I met both requirements. GREAT so I thought. in august of 2003 i had forced placed ins.(a 1 yr. policy) put on my house for irrelevant reasons. everything went good until dec. 2003 which was when i had another (1 yr. policy) of forced placed ins. put on my acct. which means that from jan. 2004 until the end of june 2004 i paid on 2 (annual ins. policies) one policy ended the end of june 2004

however i am now still paying on the second annual policy which is suppose to end in august 2004. only to once again have a second policy added to the one that I will be paying until dec. 2004 which means that once again I will be paying on 2 annual ins. policies at the same time. so my question is how can you be forced to pay on 2 annual ins. policies in the same year legally? plus on top of all that there has been some mysterious fees that have shown up on my acct. that was not there when I started the EZ pay plan. every time I call them I get the royal run around, or an explanation that makes no sence whatsoever. and they try to talk to me in double talk honestly believing that I don't know what is going on.

my strong recomendation is that noone at all should ever do business with them at all. I am working on refinancing my mortgage to get away from them too. the problem is that not enough people know about the great lengths household goes to to rip you off. then sugar coat it so it doesn't hurt so bad going down.
