Located a home for lease on Trulia
Rep states the home was available. I looked through the "list" and was not able to locate teh porperty advertised
No way to filter on Leases (None Avalable)
Sales pitch stated that listing included Lease information
Sales pitch was also very fast and stated quickly about the automatic renewal if you don't cancel in a very tricky way!!! I almost missed it.. I called and cancelled today. Still have 3 weeks left on the $40.00 rip off subscription.
None of the properties listed in my search were a Pre-foreclosure or Foreclosure.
