HouseValues.com This is a major rip off! All the leads I got were bogus. Bellevue Washington
I was a part of HouseValues/Just Listed in 2004, having signed up for a minimum of 10 leads per month, at a cost of over $200/month. After one month had gone by, I came to the realization that almost all these leads were bad. (One of the 'leads' I got was from 'Mickey Mouse') What I found was that either the email address was bad, the phone number was bad, or the person at the other end of the line did not know why I was calling, did not know who HouseValues was, and had no intention of selling.
I would strongly urge other Realtors to stay away from this company, who uses high-pressure and misleading sales tactics, and expensive, high-quality marketing, to attract Realtors to become new subscribers. Don't buy into what they are telling you! It's a scam, pure and simple.
HouseValues is a total rip-off, and deserves to be outed.
