Complaint Review: HouseValues

I was promised by this company that they were going to
provide good real estate leads,leads that were going to
turn into sales within a very short time like 1-2 months.

After contacting the leads provided,100% of the leads had no intention on selling,a lot of the leads disconnected from the system immediately after receiving the report.

Only 5 people responded thanking me for the information
and reiterating they had no intention to sell.
The salesperson,after I had complained several times that the system was not providing what it offered,the response was that I had to invest on another zip code and I had 24 hours to make a decision.So trusting them,I decided to invest the money based on their promises,not having any results from the beginning.

I complained again and was told that I had a contract.I requested cancellation from the beginning of the contract and was ignored to the point that a few months after requesting the cancellation they were calling me to see what I wanted to do.
