Here is how to get your money back from HouseValues. Their agreements contain a fatal flaw. If you sign an agreement with them, they can bill your credit card. However, here is the catch. According to their agreements, they can not bill you past your initial term. So, if you signed a 12 month agreement and they kept billing you past the twelve months, you can dispute all payments beyond the 12 months - and YOU WILL WIN THE DISPUTE. I TRIED THIS ON ALL MY AGREEMENTS AND GOT BACK OVER $3000 FROM MASTERCARD.
