This is a SUPER SCAM - a scam with all appearances of legitimacy in the market place. These people need to go to jail. I lost $4500.00 and the marked my credit report up for another $3000.

These people lied about the quality of their lead service. One of their sales people told me that an outside organization gave them a 20% success rate on their leads. After failing to see the results, I complained and asked to see their sales "script" or a recording of what their sales rep told me. The said that they never use a sales scripts!

UNBELIEVABLE. How does a group that sells "scripts" not use them in-house to sell their service?

I've tried calling to get a hold of a manager...

I've been trying to get a hold of a manager and no one is calling me back - I'm not too surprised. I cannot get a hold of Eric Simmons, Mark Frederick, Pat Kirsch (attorney), or some guy named Seth. All are supposed to be managers, I've left messages for all of them in the last month and none have called me back.

These people need to go to jail. Too many hard working REALTORs are losing their livelihoods to this fraud.

I am going to file a claim in Small Claims Court. I do not know how to contact people in this website but I could use the help preparing. I have copies of the emails and recorded and logged my calls in the last month.

Should I file in my state or Washington? Besides nailing them on breach-of-contract is their anything else I should nail them on?

I would appreciate any help.
