The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda is a DIRTY-CROOK, refusing to refund my security deposit after more than 62 days when the refund policy is within 21 days. It told different stories every time I called. On 7/18 it said the check would be sent. On 7/29 it said $749.20 would be sent right away for the end of the week receipt. On 8/8, for the first time, it said it was unable to open my account to issue the check because the check was cut and sent on 6/23. I moved out on 6/12/2019.
The Housing Authority is a DIRTY-CROOK, refusing to fix the leaky roof for more than 2 years from the rain and boiler leaks. I started to smell mold in my apartment.

The Housing Authority is a DIRTY-CROOK, developing new units without window, and patio door without screen door. When temperature arose over 80 and 90 degrees, by opening the patio door for air, insects fly and mosquitoes and fruit fly all over in the apartment.
