I purchased a 2007 BMW 750i from this dealer ONLY because they offered me the option to purchase an extended warranty and I agreed to pay $3,650 for a 3 year extended warranty since this car would be expensive to repair.

Just a few months later I needed to use the warranty and I called Houston Direct Auto because I had not received my warranty information and didn't know who to call to fix my car.  I spoke to Amin Kahn and he insisted I bring the car to them so they could evaluate the car for me and said they would not charge the $100 evaluation charge that other repair shops would charge me.  I decided to bring the car to them and this is where the fun began.  They provided me a loaner at no charge but afer having my car for two weeks they and telling me the car was ready to be picked up it wasn't.  I left work early and upon arriving to get my car the inside of my car was filthy and nothing had been fixed.  There was grease and dirt all over the inside of car that was detailed just before leaving it with them.  I was not happy and let them know.  I even noticed they had broken my drivers seat and I told the salesman it was not that way when I left it there.  The salesman told me to leave the car with them and they would detail it and he would have Amin call me to discuss the items that needed to be fixed.  Amin never called but I called him later that day and expressed my dissatisfaction.  He assured me he would make sure the things I needed resolved would be take care of by the following day.  Several days later I heard nothing and decided to call the warranty company myself to see where I could bring my car.  I was then informed that Houston Direct Auto cancelled my warranty policy two days after I purchased it and they never informed me of this and they kept my $3,650.  I drove over there and picked up my car and took it elsewhere for repairs and told Amin I wanted a full refund of my warranty.  He still has not refunded me and I am no taking them to small claims court to get my money back.

THEY CAN NO BE TRUSTED!

Report them to the CFPB also

i think it is excellent you are bringing the dealership to small claims to get a refund on your warranty that they sold you and then took back two days later.

One more effetive step is to report the dealership to the CFPB (Consumer Financial Protection Bureau). The CFPB has teeth and they move quickly.  It is dealerships like this that need to be shut down.
