DENTAL FRAUD/CRIMINAL ACTIVITY INVOLVED-CASE #13-180411

I am a victim of a horrific crime committed by a dentist, dentist wife, and dental hygienist. At the time in 2007, I was under three medical specialist care for the sudden death of my son. It took so long to discover because this case was concealed by fraud. I located the dentist, got the evidence needed and filed criminal charges December 31,2012. The Houston DA instructed the officer to refer the case to Texas dental Board.

The officer tried to make contact with the Texas Dental Board from January-March 2014, but no one returned the officer called. Hannah made contact in writing and submitted her evidence she gathered from 2011-present, including the movie Hannah made Recreation of January 4, 2007, because the dentist, dentist wife, billing lady, and dental hygienist made this case very complicated and difficult to explain so Hannah had to act it up.

The investigator signed to the case called Hannah May 2014. The investigator told Hannah her records are complete, nothing else is needed and the investigator was waiting on the dentist xrays/records. The case was investigated and closed in June 2014, because the Dental examiners don't have jurisdiction to prosecute, but the Houston Da does. The Houston DA has not done anything.

The dentist is still practicing. He is a criminal and a danger to society (unlawful imprisonment, physical/mental abuse,illegal injections of an unknown substance, battery & assault, aggravated sexual assault, immediate capacitation twice, loss of consciousness twice, CPR, premeditated, falsified records/x-rays and forgery. Hid Hannah x-rays in son records and on son xrays before dental procedures were performed on Hannah. Extracted 11 healthty teeth/1 broken tooth a total of 12, made root canals out of Hannah's good teeth and took Hannah top teeth and removed all original fillings and placed with resin-composite. I put this evidence on my You Tube Video.

I survived the brutal attack aagainst the dentist, dentist wife and hygienist. They committed a undercover horrific crime. A crime no one has ever heard of. They think they got away with the Perfect crime and dont know criminal charges have been filed because the Houston DA has done nothing. I am permanently disfigured and the Dentist, Dentist Wife, and Dental hygienist whom are medical professionals intentionally gave me a terminal mental illness PTSD. My husband can no longer awake me from my sleep. I am awakened by my own screams.

The Texas Statue of Repose is 10 years. I could have filed civil instead of criminal charges. I worked hard from 2011 to present and got the evidence needed to file criminal charges because I care about people and consumers. I would want someone to warn me so i wouldnt go to this dentist. to make matters worse he is on Angie's list. I don't want nobody to go through what I went through and the damages I have sustained.
