Houston Montrose Gay & l*****n Retailers Group is a division of Harris County Small Business Association/Better Business Bureau and is reporting a theft ring and investigation of Jason Mitchell Lott also fraudulent using names including but not limited to Karter, Mitch Lott, Clarence Lott, Xia, Xavier Taylor, Charlee King, Kele Kloset, The Mitch Look, Ayrius, and Leo Maximus.
HMG&LR (Houston Montrose Gay & l*****n Restailers Group) is issuing a consumer warning to montrose stores and boutiques.
Jason Mitchell Lott is currently on probation for previous theft charges, and as of July 2013 does still operate organized shoplifting circuits particularly in Gay district of Houston/Harris County. Mitchell Lott also solicits his services as a male companion, escort, and erotic massages via websites houston.gay.com, adam4adam.com, and backpage.com.
HMG&LR is seeking prosecution of Lott and is also current administering efforts to recover merchandise stolen from Nonno Boutique, Esty.com, and Alibaba/Ali express online stores whereas Lott used identity theft and names "Clarence Lot", Xavier Taylor, and other alias identities to establish commerce business for wholesale buying.
