houston ryder express unauthorized deductions,mystery deductions,it's been 6 weeks since i left the company as an o/o and he still hasn't settled final account..i have filed a claim w/the twc,and next step is the dept of t cypress, Texas
Owner leonid uses unauthorized deductios,mystery deductions,and basically breaks all texas laws..I have. Filed a claim w/the twc.gov for wages not paid w/in the 30 day grace period of the lease{it's been 6weeks since I left his employment}..I would strongly suggest not leasing your tru,k to this company..make sure your logbooks are correct or he will not pay until his company looks good in case of a d.o.t.audit
