Lists himself with several local towns Appliance Repair, i.e., Wilton Appliance Repair, has a local area code phone number giving the impression that he is local, but the number is forwarded to a NY State number. He "repaired" our appliance, only to have it completely shut down 10 minutes after he left. Upon calling him, he responded that it was working when he left and we signed the receipt (with no company name, address, etc.). He would charge us to return to investigate. We refused and told him not to set foot on our property. Then we called the real Wilton Appliance Repair who came and said that there was a switch broken and a short in the machine...both caused by careless work.
His rating from the Better Business Bureau is F, with several similar complaints. If you're calling a local appliance reapir number, be certain it's not this guy. His name is Wade Oxley.
