Howard Goldstein Creative Cuisine cashed check for my party and dissapeared, stealing my money New Hyde Park, New York
I gave Howard Goldstein a $7500.00 deposit for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah and when I asked for it back, he said that it was already spent on sleep away camp for his son but my party would go on as scheduled. Starting with 2 months after we tasted food at his establishment, I was warned about him from friends but it seemed real until I went back One month prior to the party and he was paying cash to his chef for small parties just to buy the food. I ended up having to use another caterer as he is out of business and being sued by just about everyone. I was told to get on line if I wanted to get my money back. A friend of mine told me that they are trying to reposess his black Hummer H3 and the states attorney told me that I had to take him to court. When I finally filled out the papers and had him served over a year ago, I still have heard nothing. STAY AWAY from Howie Goldstein! He is a con man and I hope I read about him going to jail. That will be worth my $7500.00
