Complaint Review: Howard L Nations Law Firm

All 6 stories reported here about the treatment being received by Howard Nations employees at that Law Firm are true.  I too have and am receiving the same run-around.  I too, have been in touch with medicare and medicaid regarding settlement of/or payment for any outstanding liens.  I too, have not received all my money.  I never agreed that they could hold the 10% extra to insure medicaid/medicare liens would be enough.  No one ever advised me of these laws until they took my money.  Yes, they just took it and witheld it on their own.  No one even sent me notice until I got a check that there were any liens.  I have the correspondence dated Nov. 3, 2011 which proves how they use semantics to mislead you regarding payment of the monies.  I think you should add them to the list of companies that have received 5 or more complaints, for the whole world to see.  They are lawyers who were supposed to have our interests at heart.  If they needed more money, they know the tricks of the trade to get theirs, but don't use ours, we need it.
