Howard Leventhal Or Seth With American Supply Towels? They scammed me too and my issues sound like the others Ash Fork arizona
I spent hundreds of bucks to become a basic distributor and he was to have website setup in days which took weeks and weeks and DID NOT WORK..The awful ugly postcards he sent that i mailed to over 100 salons and other places of business got me not ONe phone call..im not surprised due to the ugly snapshots of towels and stores on these cards. I soon became too ill to work but tried to recently pick back up buying towels since i work in Mktg for a big time salon. He was No help..sending one line emails back that did little more than request more money..i never got a sample i never was updated on the scam business over the years..He sits behind his pc/desk all day and lies and cheats. Tons of red flags .. he only takes money orders and claims his customer service is great.. NOT..
Do not invest anything with him as he has lots of words and pictures but no proof.. If he cant send any samples after investing hundreds with him and cant get website to work for you..well what a Joke.. In fact there are many other legite towel companies online that have better prices than his so called distributors can get.. full of cheap China like items on his scam website..claims to have some phantom warehouse yet he cant even send a sample of product so i might have had some hope... He will hand off tough customers at times to a Mr. Lambert who im sure is just a partner who shares in the scam...He claims he works hard and has great quality products and customer service.. i have yet to see any of that.. once he got my original money he could care less..he is a classic JERK.

He has no customer service.. only demanding more money even after the website didnt work and his 'postcards' brought no calls.. i asked for $4-10 worth of small towel samples and he said no plus demands you to send money orders only to ash fork , then says he has no samples in ash fork..this customer service is only more customer frustration..he talks a good game but cant back any of it up.. hiding behind his pc/desk ..plus many other online sites have better prices than his so called distributors can even get... dont invest a dime with this scam man. Red Flags galore u just have to watch for them.. unable to use a credit card or chek after giving him hundreds of dollars is just one of many jokes.. He will love to come back and advise we are all liars..I advise him to REPENT.
