Complaint Review: Howard Warren

Howard Warren was hired to represent me with at trial vs my X wife to settle child support, sppousal  support arrears and income. Howard claimed it a simple case and $40,000 would be the ceiling to go to trial.

Howard prepared mountainous reports of the same documents in triplicate provided by my previous lawyer (copier 101)  all ready in possesion of the court house, contually called he need $ 20,000 then $20,000 then $ 10,000 and another $ 10,000 but i never went to trial. Howard Warren was first beaten at a pre tial vs my x wife self represented with no education and was able to submit long overdue documnets because Howard had no knowlwdge of the date they were do months before.

  On another occassion  beaten again again by a in his words a Junior lawyer the selleted the case out of court . Mr Warren explained he needs his trial money up front and called days evenings and weekends  for aditional money on the eve of any proceedings threating I wont show if i dont get paid  " im not a charity" Mr Warren is a aging lawyer with no knowledge of the law only  how to drag out  and milk you like his b***h, until he has what he only had interset in MY MONEY !!! not my file.

Mr Warren provided service,, yes my estimate no more than a very generous of  $15,000 ( 3 weeks work) but demanded $60,000 up front. MR Warrren is a crappy lawyer he will cough and hack thought the proceeding claiming his condition is medical when actually he is gathering his thoughts, because he is not prepared or has knowledge of the file .

Mr Warren is a Jewish Lawyer and only Focuses on FUNDS no your FAMILIES ... if you are ever refered to him run tell him Joe said you suck !! If you ever are vs Mr Warren slip him $500.00 bucks he will fold like the cheap suit he wears
