Complaint Review: Hoyte Dodge

Hoyte Dodge Rip-off, charged for an oil change they didn't do. *UPDATE owner responds

We took the car in for an oil change and to check an engine leak. They reported that the head gasket was blown. Although the car was out of warranty, Chrysler agreed to pay half the cost because a head gasket should not have gone bad that soon. When we picked the car up a week later they had charged for the oil change but there was barely any oil in the car.

i took my car int to hoyte dodgeto get a waterpump and thermastat housing replaced and now my motor has blown after i had to replace the water pump with a new onenot even a year oldjust six months
