HP Customer Service Very unhelpful, not educated on their own policies, and a RIPOFF!!! Internet

I ordered a customer laptop via hp.com. I specifically asked to have the laptop shipped 2 day business express-paying the additional charges. Well, they did not follow through.

My estimated build date was 6/23/05. I called and was informed that the build was completed on 6/20/05, shipped on 6/21/05. Why am I not receiving the laptop until 6/27/05? There shipping policies CLEARLY states that the laptop will shipped once built. So what is the delay?

When I called HP to discuss my dilemma, they informed me that there is nothing that can be done, because I was informed that the ESTIMATED build date was 6/23/05, therefore I would receive my laptop as scheduled on 6/27/05. End of discussion. I argued and argued and they said that I will not be refunded my payment of the express charges.

HP is suppose to be this great company, but they refuse to refund me my shipping cost when they cannot meet expectations? I get better service from Target.com. HP SUCKS!!!
