I was given this HP support number by my ISP, Comcast, and when I called I was transferred to a tech support 866 211 5207 conf.# bjp9621 case # 500868 9790 I described the problem with my HP laptop, and they said no problem, HP will fix it, then asked for my visa..I did not want to give my visa first, and they said unless I gave my visa, and pd the 59.99 they could or would not work on it, so I had no choice.I said, what if you take my visa, and do not get it fixed, and they said do not worry, HP will get it fixed, and if not, my money would be refunded...

The man asked for the visa, and took less then five minutes, then said he could not fix it.I asked for my visa to be credited, and he said he does not do that, and gave me the help line, the original number, 800 474 6838, and I called them, was put on hold, disconnected, and called back..they kept asking me if I was in the United states, and finally I asked them where they were, and they said Phillipines..

oh brother, if I had known that, I would not have given my visa..then they told me I needed a new laptop, and told me they could get me one for 270.00, and the offer was only good for a short time..I said no thank you, and they said they would call me with my credit..I have never heard from them.. Now I am out 59.99 and cannot afford this..I am in my seventies, have many, many medical bills. Please can you help get my money back, and or credited to my visa. thank you.
