I ordered a lap top and accessories (3,000.00) During this time, I had dental surgery and asked my daughter to send back two of the 3 lap top cases.
She tried to call them to get an authorization code for a refund. She was denied.
I called and explained my situation, they were rude and would not be flexable with their 21 day return policy (which would have been kept if they had cooperated with my daughter.
I was a good customer and would have been in the future, but they will get no more of my business. They were so rude!
